Our experts conduct a comprehensive analysis of the object of sale, which includes a review of the results of financial and economic activity for previous periods and business development prospects, as well as a number of other issues important to the buyer.

This approach allows you to identify all potential problems associated with the transaction and gives the seller the opportunity to control and resolve them. Otherwise, a potential buyer, having identified these problems, will be able to use them to his advantage during negotiations, as is often the case. At the same time, the fact of recognizing legal responsibility to the final buyer does not affect the objectivity of our work.
