IPO support

We work with you every step of the way through the IPO process.

We provide services to business owners and management, either as consultants or as independent auditors. We have experience in implementing equity offering projects for a wide range of companies. In this process, we work in teams that include investment banks, law firms, auditors, financial advisors and other parties involved in the process of registering a company’s securities on the stock exchange. We recognize the importance of close cooperation with the company and its advisors and believe that it is an important component of a successful IPO.

We have a comprehensive and deep understanding of the global practice of organizing public offerings of securities and conducting transactions on the capital markets.

Thanks to our international network of consultants, we are able to constantly analyze changes and trends observed in the markets of different countries of the world and use this opportunity in the interests of our clients on the ground. We do not use universal solutions, instead we apply an individual approach to each specific situation. Our knowledge and experience contribute to the development of your decisions and the implementation of capital markets operations practices that take into account the specifics of your needs.
